Precision Machining

Ravenscourt Engineering Limited has a well equipped Precision Machining facility and is also able to offer additional services in support of Electron Beam Welding or on a sub contract machining only basis. Several new Hitachi Seiki CNC Machines have been purchased in order to enhance our capabilities.

We offer our customers a "One Stop Shop" service by purchasing Materials, Precision Machining and Electron Beam Welding, thereby reducing the supplier base required by our clients.

CNC Machining (Computer Numerically Controlled)

CNC Machines facilitate highly accurate machining with correspondingly efficient rates of feed and speed with minmal operator intervention, thus enabling several machines to be operated by one employee.

Ravenscourt Engineering are equipped with the latest Hitachi Seiki Machine tools as well as more conventional machines for specific applications.

Traditional Machining

A range of conventional machine tools are also available for low volume production, prototypes and tooling manufacture.
